She oversees all people and culture related activities including those related to recruiting, hiring, performance management, employee engagement, training and leadership development. Casey brings to eSimplicity’s mission her dedication and prior experience running the professional development programs at the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC). She carries a Masters of Education in Organizational Learning, Performance and Change and is passionate about creating work environments where people feel cared about and inspired to do their best work.
