eSimplicity Celebrates 10 Years of Mission Impact
On March 6, 2026, eSimplicity celebrated its 10-year anniversary. 10 years of steady growth across the government contracting space. 10 years of strengthening critical missions.10 years of partnering with government agencies to deliver digital solutions that improve lives.
To celebrate the occasion, teammates from across the company gathered to reflect on the past and collaborate on plans for the company’s future. The anniversary event brought together leaders, technologists, and strategists from across eSimplicity’s Health, Civilian Services, and Defense & National Security portfolios.
The celebration began with an inspiring keynote from eSimplicity’s founders, AnhThu and Nam Nguyen, who reflected on the company’s journey from its early days to becoming a trusted partner to agencies working on some of the nation’s most important challenges. They emphasized that the company’s growth has always been rooted in a simple idea: combining technical excellence with a deep commitment to mission outcomes. They shared their family story and how that impacted the creation of eSimplicity’s company values: Be Real, Be Bold, Be Curious.
Over the past decade, eSimplicity teams have worked alongside federal partners to modernize legacy systems, design more intuitive digital services to deliver innovative solutions that help agencies operate more efficiently and securely. Throughout the keynote, Nam and AnhThu recognized the people who made that progress possible acknowledging the commitment from our employees, customers, and partners is what has made it possible for us to continue improving the way government serves the public.
Following the keynote, leaders from across the company led panel discussions on the evolving technology landscape and the role innovation plays in advancing government missions. Government partners also joined discussions on how collaboration between agencies and industry teams can accelerate innovation while meeting mission-critical responsibilities. Conversations focused on emerging opportunities in digital transformation, data-driven decision making, and the responsible adoption of new technologies to solve complex challenges.
A highlight of the day was the “Women in Leadership” panel, where female leaders shared experiences and perspectives on leadership, voice, responsibility, and sustainable impact. The session emphasized the value of diverse voices in shaping strategy, fostering innovation, and building a culture where everyone can contribute to mission success.
Interactive break-out sessions gave teammates the chance to connect across teams, explore practical applications of our values, and reflect on how their daily work contributes to the broader mission. The event also provided valuable time for teams to connect with colleagues from their individual business units to exchange ideas and strengthen relationships that support collaboration across programs and mission areas.
The day culminated in an evening celebration honoring the people, partnerships, and progress that have defined eSimplicity’s first decade. As we look ahead, our focus remains on applying innovation to solve meaningful challenges and deliver better outcomes for the government and the public. Ten years in, and the future is just beginning.
