eSimplicity Announces 2026 Impact Awards Honoring Employees Driving Innovation
Columbia, MD – eSimplicity announced the recipients of its annual Impact Awards during the company’s 10 Year Anniversary Celebration on March 6, 2026. These awards recognize individuals and program teams whose work has created meaningful change through innovation, leadership, and measurable impact.
The eSimplicity Impact Awards are employee-driven, with nominees selected by their peers, highlighting the real, day-to-day contributions that shape project success, strengthen customer partnerships, and reinforce our company culture. Together, this year’s honorees reflect the collaboration and mission focus that define the organization.
“The eSimplicity Impact Awards are a powerful reflection of the culture our employees build every day,” said AnhThu Nguyen, CEO of eSimplicity. “Our honorees exemplify the creativity and commitment needed to drive lasting change.”
A new award introduced this year is The Patrick Reynolds Award. This annual award honors the late Patrick Reynolds, a beloved teammate who embodied a true spirit of curiosity and positivity. Nominated by peers, this annual award includes both a commemorative trophy and monetary prize. We continue to celebrate Patrick’s legacy by celebrating those who demonstrate his same dedication, creativity, and generosity of spirit.
