eSimplicity Announces Leadership Transition to Support Continued Growth

Columbia, MDeSimplicity today announced a leadership transition that strengthens the company’s executive team and positions the organization for its next stage of growth.

Effective immediately, Edouard “Ed” Benjamin, formerly General Manager of Health, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Co-founder and current COO, Nam Nguyen, will transition into the role of President and Acting Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) AnhThu Nguyen will continue to lead the company’s vision and overall strategy, working closely with Nam and Ed to guide eSimplicity’s continued growth and long-term success.

Over the past decade, Nam has helped build eSimplicity into a trusted technology partner while shaping a culture focused on collaboration and delivering meaningful results for customers. As President and Acting CGO, he will lead the company’s strategic growth initiatives, focusing on expanding eSimplicity’s market presence by advancing innovation and strengthening customer relationships while identifying new opportunities to grow the business and its capabilities.

As COO, Ed will lead the company’s day-to-day operations, bringing together eSimplicity’s business units and shared services under a unified operational structure designed to strengthen collaboration and position the company to scale effectively. During his time leading the Health business, Ed helped drive operational excellence while building strong customer relationships, making him well positioned to lead the company’s operations.

“For the past ten years, Nam and I have built an incredible company with exceptional people and a strong foundation for growth. As eSimplicity enters its next chapter, we’re intentionally evolving our leadership structure so we can sharpen our focus and execute more effectively,” said AnhThu “This transition enables faster decision making and positions us to continue growing while staying true to our mission and values.”

“Building eSimplicity alongside AnhThu has been one of the greatest privileges of my career. As we’ve grown, it has become increasingly important that our leadership structure evolves with us,” said Nam. “This transition allows me to focus on shaping our future as our customers’ needs continue to evolve. I’m excited for what lies ahead and confident in our leadership team’s abilities to build on the strong foundations we’ve created together.”

As the company continues to grow, eSimplicity remains focused on delivering technology solutions that improve American lives and strengthen government missions.

“I’m honored to serve as COO during such an exciting stage of the company’s journey. Our success begins with helping our customers succeed, and that requires more than great technology. It requires aligned teams and a shared commitment to delivering real impact,” said Ed. “By bringing our operations together, we’re creating the clarity and accountability that will help us continue growing while serving our customers even more effectively.”

With eSimplicity entering its second decade, this leadership transition reflects the company’s commitment to growing with purpose while continuing to deliver meaningful outcomes for its customers. Guided by its mission and values, the company remains focused on helping government agencies solve complex challenges through technology.

Additional leadership updates supporting this organizational evolution, including the appointment of a new General Manager for Health, will be announced separately.
