The vehicle is available to all components within Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and all Health and Human Services (HHS) Operating Divisions to procure IT System development services, from end to end.
eSimplicity is simplifying the ways trading partners at CMS use beneficiary and eligibility data to streamline their day to day operations by delivering cloud-based service catalogs and APIs and modernizing legacy mainframe systems. The MIDS IDIQ, a 10-year, $1.6B contract, helps CMS develop and implement clinical quality measures designed to assess and manage the quality of health care services at national, facility and community levels. eSimplicity works with our large business partners on MIDS around six care quality priorities: safety; community health; caregiver- and individual-focused experience and outcomes; cost reduction and efficiency; care coordination; and clinical quality of care.

The RMADA 2 IDIQ, a 5-year $5B contract, provides CMS with a wide range of analytic support and technical assistance activities that support healthcare models and demonstration programs created or derived under the auspices of the Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act (ACA), the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA), other non-ACA statutes, and future health reform legislation. eSimplicity works with our large business partner on RMADA to deliver healthcare model evaluation and assessment through our health informatics capabilities.
Our mission on the contract is to simplifying how CMS collaborates with healthcare model partners/providers by implementing reusable data analytics and integration services.
